BUSINESS CHALLENGES

NSH Hospital was planning to implement a I.T. & Network infrastructure in their new hospital building premises that shall single-handedly carry data, voice & video traffic. They also wanted to setup datacenter, digital surveillance & display system, wireless LAN, cyber security in the same premises, which should be scalable, good performing, secure and manageable. This infrastructure shall provide them ease to access all their medical equipment and resources.

We have implemented premises cabling solution for NSH Hospital using CAT6/6A and OFC cables for 125 nodes with L3 in core and L2 distributed switches across each floor. A on-premises datacenter infrastructure with all the latest amenities for hosting their application & database servers.

For cyber security, Palo Alto firewalls in HA are installed to provide secure & safe internet browsing experience to the users and also the latest EDR/XDR endpoint security solution for the desktops/servers.

Hospital’s premises is continuously monitored using IP base CCTV surveillance system and their voice communication is through IP telephony system. The public area of hospital is facilitated by using 43” digital signage system to keep patient and relatives informed.
